Course Overview

Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (B.Sc. MLS) is a 4-year undergraduate allied health sciences program (including 1 year compulsory internship) focused on diagnostic laboratory sciences. The course trains students to perform clinical tests that aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. It combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on laboratory training in areas like pathology, microbiology, biochemistry, and hematology—making graduates an essential part of the healthcare system.

 

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board (such as TGBIE, BIEAP, TOSS, APOSS, or NIOS) with BiPC, securing a minimum of 50% marks.
